Watsonville police are on the lookout for one-year-old Frida Torres. The child reportedly was abducted by her father after an argument with the mother on Sunday. Police are looking for 39-year-old Miguel Torres, who is believed to be traveling with the child in a white 2012 Chevy Silverado crew cab 2500 LT with California license plate 02971S2. Anyone who sees Miguel, Frida or the truck is asked to call 911
