Nearly 4400 P.G. & E. Customers, in Capitola, Soquel And Watsonville, were without power for a time today. The 11:30 a.m. Outage impacted nearly 600 customers in Watsonville, while the 12:10 p-m outage impacted more than 4300 customers in Capitola and Soquel. Power was restored to many before 2 p.m, and others had their power restored later this afternoon.
