The last of eight men being sought in a gang sweep across the Monterey Peninsula is now in custody. Officials announced yesterday that 21-year-old Frank Antwan James has turned himself into police. All eight men targeted in last week’s multi-agency operation are now in custody. The sweep was initiated following a series of clashes between Norteño and Crips gang members stemming from the March 15th murder of Khaleel Johnson in Sand City.
