A Sacramento man was arrested in Monterey over the weekend, in connection with last week’s fatal shooting of his girlfriend. 25 year-old Andrew Butler was arrested for shooting and killing his girlfriend in their car. After he shot her he dumped her body on the road, and ordered the passengers to get out and take his (and his girlfriend’s) 1 year-old child with them. He then fled the scene in the car. The vehicle was found in Salinas on Saturday. Butler was booked into Santa Clara County Jail.
