Caltrans officials have postponed a day-project to replace a traffic signal control box in Monterey. The replacement, planned for tomorrow, has been cancelled due to expected rain. The project on Highway 68 at York Road will be rescheduled to another Saturday after Thanksgiving. The date has not yet been finalized.
