The University of Californa Board of Regents will meet tomorrow to vote for an annual tuition increase of 5 percent. UC President Janet Napolitano recommends the plan, which will increase tuition by 612 dollars annually from 2015 to 2019, unless the state increases the current budget. Protest rallies were held at several UC campuses yesterday. More are expected today.
