(17:43)SANTA CRUZ- The University of California system is reporting a drop in admissions. The university has announced it sent 1.7 percent fewer admissions letters to student applicants. However UCSC is reporting that admissions from community colleges are up to 13.7 percent of students up from 13.6 percent.
