3-men accused of killing a 16-year-old in 2009 (in santa cruz), should stand trial. That was the ruling made today by santa cruz judge paul marigonda, who decided there was enough evidence to bring the charges, against Pasqual reyes, Daniel onesto, and walter escalante. The 3 are accused of being involved in a fight on laurel street, which ended with the stabbing death of tyler tenorio. The 3 are set to return to court on November 4th, to schedule a trial date.
