Work on a traffic signal is expected to cause traffic delays in Monterey Saturday. Crews will be flagging while replacing the signal controller box on both directions of Highway 68 at York Road. Traffic controls will be in place from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Motorists can expect a delay of no longer than 15 minutes.
