Early this morning, CHP Officers stopped a car for driving without headlights, which turned into a DUI investigation of the 16-year-old male driver. During the stop, officers found weapons inside the car and also discovered a loaded handgun in the waistband of a juvenile male passenger. The driver was arrested for suspicion of DUI and both he and his passenger were booked into juvenile hall for the weapons charges.
