A federal lawsuit has been decided in favor of Take Back Santa Cruz. The suit was brought by local “advocates” who wanted to keep the Gateway Encampment (aka “Ross Camp”) open. Those “advocates” alleged that T-B-S-C played a key role in the closure of the homeless encampment. T-B-S-C said that was not true.
