Some of the duties include: Answer 9-1-1 calls, screen and disburse emergency and non-emergency calls as appropriate, receive information via telephone, in person or over radio waves, then relay those facts accurately, as quickly as possible, for appropriate action and Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with the law.
