A man, who used a stolen credit card in Salinas over the weekend, is being sought. The stolen card was used to purchase tools Sunday at the Home Depot in Salinas. The credit card was reportedly stolen during a vehicle burglary that same day. The burglar, who is said to strongly resemble Rapper Jay-Z, left the scene in a newer model silver BMW. Anyone who spots the burglar, or the car, or has video footage of the incident, is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
