In state news, Marin County Sheriff’s deputies have taken the alleged gunman in a fatal shooting at a San Rafael detox center into custody. A manhunt had been underway for the gunman since the shooting at the Helen Vine Detox Center located just north of the San Rafael city limits early Monday. One person was fatally shot, two others have been hospitalized.
