(17:58) SOQUEL- Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a suspected serial tagger on Thursday. Officers investigating a report of a tagger responded to Soquel to find 20 year old Brandon Valencia preparing to board a bus. Valencia had paint on his hands and was pointed out by witnesses. Nearby spray paint cans were collected as evidence and Valencia was arrested on numerous counts of vandalism.
