Employees who live on the U-C-S-C campus got word they could go home Wednesday night. UC Santa Cruz was the first to receive the green light to allow people back into their housing on campus. For now, the first phase of return is limited to the lower campus. The upper campus remains shuttered as it undergoes repairs. More people are expected to return to their on-campus homes in the coming days.
