An 18 year-old man was arrested Wednesday in Soledad. That after local, state, and Federal law enforcement officers served a search warrant on a home on the 100 block of Serrano Place, and found drugs and weapons in the home. Carlos Chavez had 3 unregistered rifles (including an AK-47), one shotgun, 2 handguns, over 500 rounds of ammunition, and 500 Xanax pills. Chavez was booked into Monterey county jail.
