Law enforcement Agencies across the Central Coast are cracking down on public gatherings. In the Santa Cruz unincorporated areas such as Pleasure Point deputies have been issuing citations as well as warnings to people ignoring safety spacing guidelines for locals socializing instead of exercising as well as the shelter in place order for people coming to the area from out of town. Monterey officers are conducting a similar operation.
