2 Santa Cruz county Sheriff’s deputies were involved in an accident off of highway-9 on Saturday. The wreck occurred Hihn and Kirby Streets, at 10:30 a.m., when a pickup truck rear-ended a deputy’s cruiser. That caused the deputy to collide with another deputy’s vehicle. 1 of the law enforcement officers was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital, and released.
