(17:06) CARMEL VALLEY- Monterey County Sheriff’s deputies raided an illegal marijuana growing operation in Carmel Valley on Wednesday. Authorities say that officers found the growing operation after area residents became suspicious of illegal activity and installed cameras to document traffic at the site. A K-9 unit was used to apprehend an armed suspect, 54 year old Leopoldo Herrera Moreno was booked into county jail on multiple charges.
