(17:39) SANTA CRUZ- Firefighters extinguished a fire at an illegal campsite on Thursday. Fire crews responded to the blaze started by a homeless man described as suicidal shortly before 5 p.m. behind a business on the 6100 block of Soquel Avenue. It took firemen 10 minutes to put out the fire. The arsonist has been identified and remains at large.
