(10:52) MONTEREY – A whole host of business owners are expected to be at the Monterey City Council Meeting that starts at 4 p-m today. That’s because the owners of businesses on Monterey’s Fisherman’s Wharf plan to end a march in the monterey city council chambers, where city leaders plan to revisit the city’s leasing policies. That matter is reportedly one of the last things on the agenda. The march, which is sponsored by a group calling itself Save Our Wharf, is slated to leave the Custom House Plaza at 3 p-m.
