(17:06) SALINAS- A Salinas woman has been ordered to pay restitution to the State. A Monterey County judge ordered 35 year old Melissa Abbey to pay over 15 thousand dollars back to the state after she pleaded no contest to felony fraud charges. Abbey was charged after she received payment for in home support for her daughter without providing the services. Abbey was also sentenced to felony probation.
