(16:51) CAPITOLA- Work crews ruptured a gas main in Capitola yesterday (Thurs) morning. Shortly after 9 a.m. Capitola police closed a section of Wharf Road, between Soquel Wharf Road and Clares Street. The area was kept clear of traffic as utility crews repaired the damaged pipe. The roadway was reopened about an hour later.
