(21:20) MONTEREY – Monterey police officers are working to identify the person who hit a woman on the back of the head (on Monday) and stole her purse. The incident took place at 7:12 p-m on the 800 block of Grace Street in Monterey. Anyone with any information about the strong arm robbery is encouraged to contact the Monterey Police Department.
