A woman accused of having sex with a minor returned to Monterey County Superior Court today. Annette Branda has spent the last 90 days in custody, and could face up to five years and eight months in prison if she is convicted. A motion to postpone sentencing was accepted in court today, so that Branda’s physician may testify on her behalf. Branda is scheduled to return to court on December 16th.
