5-people were arrested in Seaside early Sunday morning, following a shooting. Nobody was injured in the 1:15 a.m. incident, in which shots were fired on the 1-thousand block of Plumas Avenue. Seaside police officers stopped an S-U-V that was fleeing the area, and allegedly found 2-loaded handguns. All 5 suspects were arrested. 4 were juveniles; the 5th suspect was identified as 18-year-old Uriel Felipe Ruvalcaba. The incident is believed to be gang-related.
