A local Police Chief has been elected to ser ve as the president of the California Police Chiefs Association. Seaside Police Chief Abdul D Pridgen began his one -year term recently. The Association works to promote (and advance) the science (and art) of police administration, and crime prevention….and to encourage ALL police officers to high professional standards.
