the seaside city council has unanimously approved john dunn as interim city manager. dunn has over 40 years of experience in city government administration, including city manager positions in the cities of san luis obispo, monterey and rohnert park. dunn is set to be the city’s interim city manager until a permanent replacement is found. he is scheduled to begin the new job on monday.
