The city council of Seaside has given the newly formed Seaside Homeless Committee thirty thousand dollars to spend by the end of the fiscal year in June to address the homeless issue in their city. The five members of the committee took an oath Thursday evening, and are hoping the plans to change the homeless issues in Seaside will have a positive ripple effect across the Central Coast.
