(17:03)SCOTTS VALLEY- Scotts Valley police arrested a couple after they stopped to put gas in a stolen car. A man and woman pulled into a gas station in a car that a good Samaritan recognized as stolen and called police. Arriving officers arrested the pair; a search of the vehicle uncovered a disassembled Ruger SR1911 handgun. The couple were booked into county jail.
