Scotts Valley police arrested two people following a Friday night traffic stop. The incident began with a vehicle code violation traffic stop. Officers then determined the driver, Pamela Bright, was un licensed and the passenenger, Calvin Carlson, is on probation. A probation compliance search uncovered 160 grams of methamphetamine. Bright and Carlson were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
