A Preliminary Hearing has been set for later this month, for a man who allegedly lured 12, 13, and 14 year-old girls to model lingerie in a 4-hour photo session in Watsonville. 31 year-old Robert Arce Avila, also known as the rapper “Lil Thugzy”, faces 2 charges of Lewd Acts Upon A Child, 2 charges of Using A Minor For Sexual Acts To Create Child Pornography, and Possession Of Child Pornography. Avila had worked as a school volunteer (and boxing coach)….at Cesar Chavez Middle School In Watsonville, Costanoa High School In Santa Cruz, Live Oak Elementary School and The Salinas Boxing Club…..all while released on bond after being accused of child sexual misconduct.
