The Santa Cruz County Emergency Operations Center has a new hotline for evacuees utilizing the free hotel program. The new number can be used by evacuees not yet placed at a hotel to apply for the program. Evacuees already placed at a hotel may call the number to renew their seven-day reservation if they are within 24 hours of their reservation’s check-out date. The number is 831- 454-2181 an can be used for assistance in renewing or obtaining reservations.
