Santa Cruz Police have 2 suspects in custody for a fatal shooting on Mission Street on July 28th. Detectives arrested 24 year old Sergio Alvarez-Lopez, and 22 year old Jonathan Dominguez, in connection with the fatal shooting of a 28 year old Santa Cruz man. Search warrants were served at several locations and evidence was collected for the investigation. Both suspects were booked at the Santa Cruz County Jail for homicide and related charges.
