(16:49) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Harbor has announced additional patrols for the weekend. The harbor is expecting more visitors than usual this weekend even though the 4th of July falls on Tuesday. The increased patrols and additional lifeguards are an effort to keep the public safe during an estimated 5 days on heavy beach and harbor use.
