An hour-long discussion on how to save energy will take place in Santa Cruz County this weekend. Energy Upgrade California will present the information tomorrow at Greenspace located at 1122 Soquel Avenue. Some of the organizations presenting include Ecology Action, Sustainable Home Solutions and Eco Energy Loans. Rebates and other incentives of up to $4,000 will be available for energy-efficient projects.
