The Santa Cruz County Human Services Department has been chosen to take part in a Stanford-Led initiative. The 3 million dollar project has been designed to decrease poverty and increase economic opportunities, by figuring out how to best measure (and evaluate) program successes. The department was just 1 of 3 awardees from California, Oregon, and Washington.
