Sardine Big Rig Prob On 17 04/24/18B 16:03 S.S.

A  big  rig  carrying  70  thousand  pounds  of  sardines  was reportedly  blocking  the  northbound  lanes  of  Highway  17  near  the  summit.   1  lane  has  reportedly  been  opened,  however,  a  heavy  duty  tow  truck  has  been  called  for.
