The Eastside Alley sewer project is scheduled to begin this morning. The project will replace sewer mains in the alleys and streets of Santa Cruz’s prospect heights area. Although two-way traffic will be maintained there will be delays at times. Trevethan avenue, Allerton-street, Morrissey boulevard and Pachecho avenue will be affected. By early September the construction is expected to be completed.
