A San Benito County traffic stop ended with the arrest of a convicted felon. On Wednesday, a patrol unit stopped Raul Cecena for a vehicle code violation. A background check showed Cecena was a convicted felon out of custody on bail. A search of the vehicle uncovered 3 and a half pounds of meth and an illegal AR-15 assault riffle. Cecena was booked into San Benito County Jail.
