(09:15) Salinas – The Salinas Police Department conducted an operation yesterday that was aimed to increase safety and awareness regarding traffic safety. The operation was conducted from 7:00 a.m. to noon. During that time 118 citations were issued, there were 6 tows and 1 warrant arrest.
