the new superintendent for the salinas union high school district has been named. the district board of trustees announced that tim vanoli will be replacing jim earhart as superintendent. vanoli started working in the district in 1986. he’s held positions as an assistant principal, program administrator and associate superintendent. vanoli is set to take over as superintendent on july 1st.
