A suspect has been arrested on armed robbery-related charges in connection with an early Sunday morning incident in Salinas. The robbery took place near Ambrose Drive and Alisal Street just after midnight when two victims were robbed at gunpoint. After reporting the incident officers arrest 22 year old 22-year-old David Ruvalcaba. Three other suspects remain at large.
