Three Salinas juveniles will be tried as adults in connection with the fatal shooting of a teen earlier this month. 18-year-old Jose Guadalupe Diaz, 17-year-old Jesus Eloy Gutierrez and 17-year-old Victor Mendez Ramirez have been charged for their roles in the murder of Cesar Gonzales on January 13th. All three suspects are known Sureño gang members. They are due back in court February 4th for arraignment.
