Corinthian Colleges plans to shut down all of its campuses in the U.S. The closures will include Everest and WyoTech schools, as well as 10 Heald College campuses, including one in Salinas. Around 550 students were enrolled at the Salinas campus. The decision has been made two weeks after the U.S. Department of Education said that it was fining the company $30 million for misrepresentation. The closures went into effect yesterday.
