A Highway Safety Improvement Program grant is expected to be used to install a traffic signal at a busy intersection on the outskirts of Watsonville. Bids will be accepted starting April 23rd…..for the traffic signal installation at the Airport Boulevard and Holm Road intersection (which is currently a 4-lane, 45 mile-an-hour zone).
