The paralyzed Scotts Valley lady, who’s vehicle was stolen over the weekend will be getting it back. That after her fully adapted 2016 Honda Element was found on Beach Hill in Santa Cruz today. Law enforcement officers are going through evidence that was left in the vehicle to try and determine who stole it.
