A preliminary hearing set for a Santa Cruz surf instructor accused of sexual abuse charges, has been pushed back to a later date. 38-year old Dylan Greiner appeared in court yesterday. Greiner faces multiple offenses including lewd acts with children, using a minor for sex acts and possession of child porn. If convicted he faces 10-years in prison. The charges stem from an investigation that began on August 3rd after a 17-year old girl reported being abused by the former owner of Santa Cruz Surf School while taking lessons from him when she was 14, 15 and again this past summer. Images found on Griener’s computers revealed more children were victimized by him.
