The Capitola City Council will reconsider what needs to be done with the historical Rispin Mansion during it’s meeting today. Council members are expected to discuss whether to move forward with plans to demolish the building, which has been city possession since 1984. In November, plans to renovate the mansion were presented. However, new city council members were recently installed and they are expected to take another look at the options during the meeting this evening at 7 p.m.at Capitola City Hall
